When you pull into West Cecil Street in Winchester, VA, you can’t miss a large building painted in shades of pink proudly proclaiming “Love”. Welcome, you have arrived at At The Hub, a co-working space for entrepreneurs, small business owners and remote workers in the heart of Winchester.

Opened in 2018, the 2,400 square foot space is split between nine office spaces that are rented out as well as coworking space offering dedicated desks.  

“The best conversations truly happen in the kitchen around snacks, coffee and sodas”, explains Nancy Hart Schrock, owner at Cedar Grove Photography and member at At The Hub. “I’d been looking for a studio space for several years here in Winchester. I wanted to make sure whatever space I got was what I needed and that I could afford it. When a space came available in November 2021, Kim called me and it was exactly what I’d been looking for! Kim is absolutely amazing; she’s such a down-to-earth person and wants to see people succeed. And that’s reflected in the community of people who work at the Hub.”

Owner of the At The Hub, Kim Craig, talks about her desire to create an intimate co-working space for early-stage entrepreneurs, “I wanted to create a space with a great work vibe and amenities at inexpensive rates for folks who are trying to get a business going. I know how hard and lonely the first few years of starting a business can be. Having a professional work environment outside of your home can do wonders not only for your motivation but it signals to clients that you are professional. A coworking space allows you to connect with other entrepreneurs and business owners, to build your network and focus on what matters.”
